PROTEST RULE

ALL CLASSES

If there is a protest of a tractor, the fee will be $100.00. The protest can be on any part of the tractor that is covered in the rules. If the tractor in question is found to be illegal or the owner/operator refuses to tear down the tractor, that tractor will lose ALL WINNINGS from that event. The tractor is barred for 2 pulls, and all points that tractor has earned in all the classes the tractor pulls in will be lost. The tractor in question will not be allowed to pull in the classes the tractor was protested in the rest of the season. The tractor will have to move up to the next class if going to pull with the club.

If the tractor in question is found to be illegal for the class it is pulling in or the owner/operator refuses to tear down, the protestor receives their money back.

If the tractor in question is found to be legal the tractor owner/operator receives the protest money and keeps points and standings.

If the tractor in question owner/operator decides to move the tractor to the next class up, the protestor will receive their money back.

The following steps will be followed to protest a tractor:

  1. A qualified person to do the inspection.
  2. Tools and parts available to complete the inspection including specs for that tractor-motor combination.
